How To Sell

Selling the clothes your children no longer need through Babywear Exchange is not only a great way to make money, but your sales also help to reduce waste in the environment by allowing your children's clothes to be re-used by other parents!

It's free to sell your items on Babywear Exchange! All you need to do is create a free account by clicking here, then login and fill in your item details.

As a registered seller, you'll have your own unique website address (e.g. http://www.babywearexchange.com/shop/your-username) showing all the items you are currently offering for sale.

When a buyer wishes to purchase from you, you'll receive an email from us giving details of what they'd like to purchase and how you can contact them. Sometimes they'll just be asking for more details and sometimes they'll be asking for an invoice. Either way, it's best practice to get back in touch with the buyer as soon as you can - if you're slow to respond, they might decide not to buy from you after all!

Once the sale is complete (i.e. you've received payment), you should dispatch the item(s) quickly by the agreed delivery method. You should also ensure that your sold items are marked as 'Sold' (go to My Account, My Listings, click on the item ID and scroll down to change the status to 'Sold') otherwise you may still receive enquiries from other interested buyers.
